摘　　要：ZB45包装机在使用中经常出现出口皮带传动箱内传动齿轮与销轴损坏等故障。通过对传动装置结构的分析、研究,根据其需实现的功能,提出对该装置传动部件进行改进,将销轴的尺寸重新设计,把一端原滚针轴承改为深沟球轴承,同时在另一端加装了轴套。实践证明,由齿轮、销轴和轴承损坏产生的故障明显减少,降低了维修人员的劳动强度,提高了设备的有效作业率。ZB45 packaging machine often has faults such as transmission gear and pin shaft damage in the outlet belt transmission box.Through the analysis of the structure and function of the transmission,the transmission components of the device are improved,and the size of the pin is redesigned.The original needle roller bearing at one end is changed into a deep groove ball bearing,and the bushing is added at the other end.Practice has proved that the damage caused by the damage of gears,pins and bearings is significantly reduced,which reduces the labor intensity of maintenance personnel and improves the effective operation rate of the equipment.
