摘　　要：针对现有注水封隔器存在工艺成功率低、封堵效果不好等问题,研制了Y341-FX/ZS-114×56-90/20注水封隔器,该封隔器改进了压缩胶筒的结构。对主要承压件进行了优化计算,并且提升了零部件材料的机械性能和表面处理工艺。现场应用结果表明,该封隔器操作简单、运行平稳、密封无泄漏,能够大幅地提高油田机械堵水的作业效率。In order to solve the problems of low process success rate and poor sealing effect of existing water injection packers,Y341-FX/ZS-114×56-90/20 water injection packer is developed.The packer improves the structure of the compression rubber cylinder,optimizes the main pressure parts,and enhances the mechanical properties of the material and surface processing technology of component.The field application shows that the packer is simple to operate,stable to run and has no leakage,and can greatly improve the efficiency of mechanical water plugging in oil field.
