摘 要:将聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺(PMIA)和聚苯砜对苯二甲酰胺(PSA)按不同比例进行共混改性,通过刮涂法制得PMIA,PSA薄膜及四种比例的PMIA/PSA复合薄膜,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外–可见近红外光谱、介电常数、体积电阻率等测试对薄膜的形貌结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,这六种薄膜透光率都接近90%;体积电阻率都达到10^15Ω·cm以上,表面电阻率都达到10^16Ω以上;四种复合薄膜的介电常数在2.2~2.5,介电损耗在0.01~0.02,介电常数和介电损耗都比较低。PMIA/PSA质量比8/2时复合薄膜的力学性能最好,拉伸强度为87MPa;断裂伸长率达到66.7%,比PMIA薄膜提高了451%,比PSA薄膜提高了39.2%,断裂功最大,另外通过SEM,动态热机械和差示扫描量热测试发现此时PMIA/PSA薄膜相容性最好,因此PMIA/PSA质量比为8/2的薄膜在电子封装领域有着更广阔的应用前景和市场价值。Poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide)(PMIA) membrane,polyphenylsulfone terephthalamide (PSA) membrane and four composite membranes were prepared by PMIA and PSA in different proportions,the morphology and properties of the six membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),ultraviolet-visible near-infrared spectroscopy,dielectric constant and volume resistivity. The results show that the transmittance of these six membranes is close to 90%;the volume resistivity is above 10^15 Ω· cm,and the surface resistivity is above 10^16 Ω. The dielectric constant of four composite membranes is between 2.2 and 2.5,and the dielectric loss is between 0.01 and 0.02,both dielectric constant and dielectric loss are relatively small. PMIA/PSA membrane with mass ratio of 8/2 has the best mechanical properties,with tensile strength of 87 MPa;elongation at break of 66.7%,451% higher than that of PMIA membrane,and 39.2% higher than that of PSA membrane;and the fracture work is the largest of the six membranes. In addition,the best compatibility of PMIA/PSA (8/2) membrane was found by SEM,DMA and DSC,therefore,PMIA/PSA (8/2) membrane has broader application prospects and market value in the field of electronic packaging.
