摘  要:在对汽车仪表板内饰件结构分析的基础上,采用UG软件完成产品的三维建模和分模设计,运用Moldflow软件对热流道模具进行了成型窗口分析、最大剪切速率和最大剪切应力分析以及最大锁模力和最大注塑压力计算,确定了浇注系统。根据分析结果设计了部分式导流梭针尖喷嘴的热流道,并对热流道直径和导流梭针尖喷嘴浇口参数进行详细的计算。实践证明,该模具结构合理,计算过程正确,成型的塑件尺寸精度高,表面缺陷少,对于同类产品的热流道模具设计具有一定的参考意义。Based on the structural analysis of automotive dashboard interiors,3D model of part and its hot runner injection mold in which a kind of needle tip injector with partial diversion shuttle was used were designed by UG software,and Moldflow was applied in analyzing forming window,maximum shear rate,maximum shear stress and calculating the maximum injection pressure for simulating of mold gating system. According to the analysis results,needle tip injector with partial diversion shuttle was designed,apart from that,hot runner diameter and parameters of needle tip injector were determined in details. The practice proved that the mold structure was reasonable and the design method was correct with higher precision size products and less surface defects. The way of mold designing and computing can be referred to other hot runner injection mold of similar products.
