摘 要:用物质的量比为1∶2的己二酸和氢氧化锌制备β成核剂己二酸锌[Adi-Zn(OH)2],研究了其对等规聚丙烯(iPP)增韧改性时与卤素吸收剂硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸锌的配伍关系,实验保持Adi-Zn(OH)2的添加量始终为iPP质量的0.2%。结果表明,硬脂酸钙的添加使iPP中的β晶型数量减少,对Adi-Zn(OH)2成核作用阻碍大,冲击强度急剧下降;而当采用硬脂酸锌为卤素吸收剂且添加量小于0.04%(相对于iPP)时,其对iPP的β晶型数量和冲击强度几乎没有影响。此外,探讨了硬脂酸锌对Adi-Zn(OH)2成核iPP氧化诱导期以及熔体流动速率的影响,证实了硬脂酸锌能改善iPP的抗氧化降解作用,并且可以显著提高iPP的熔体流动速率。The zinc adipate as nucleating agent [Adi-Zn(OH)2] was prepared by the molar ratio of adipic acid to zinc hydroxide being 1∶2,and the compatibility of Adi-Zn(OH)2 with halogen absorbers in the toughening modification of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) was studied,and the addition of Adi-Zn(OH)2 was always 0.2%(relative to iPP). The results showed that the addition of calcium stearate reduced the number of β-crystal forms in iPP and the impact strength decreased sharply. However,when zinc stearate was used as the halogen absorbent and the addition amount was less than 0.04%(relative to iPP),it had little effect on the β-crystal form number and impact strength of iPP. In addition,the effects of zinc stearate on the oxidation induction period and melt index of iPP which nucleated by Adi-Zn(OH)2 were investigated. It was confirmed that zinc stearate not only improved the antioxidative degradation of iPP,but also significantly increased the melt index of iPP.
