摘  要:介绍了生物高分子多孔材料的制备方法,综述了国内外生物高分子多孔材料制备的研究现状,分别从溶剂浇铸/颗粒浸出、相分离法、熔融成型法、气体发泡和选择性酶降解法进行总结;并对多孔材料制备方法的优缺点进行了比较,同时对生物高分子多孔材料制备中存在的问题进行了分析并对其在未来的研究方向及应用前景作出了总结与展望。The preparation methods of biopolymer porous materials were introduced. The research status of biopolymer porous materials preparation at home and abroad was summarized with respect to solvent casting/particle leaching,phase separation method,melt molding method,gas foaming and selective enzymatic degradation method. The advantages and disadvantages of the preparation methods of porous materials were compared. At the same time,the problems in the preparation of biopolymer porous materials were analyzed and their future research directions and application prospects were summarized and prospected.
