摘 要:阐述了流化床在非冷凝态生产高密度聚乙烯时静电产生与结块的机理、危害。通过对气相流化床在非冷凝态下生产高密度聚乙烯时结块多的原因进行分析,发现造成结块的主要原因是静电波动大,由于1-丁烯、氢气加入量低等原因,造成静电波动大,反应器结块严重,块料频繁堵塞出料管线,给装置安全稳定运行和单耗控制带来严重危害。通过控制原辅材料杂质含量、定期再生精制床层、提高冷剂异戊烷浓度、控制流化气速等措施,有效解决了这一问题。The mechanism and harm of formation of static electricity and caking during the production of high density polyethylene in fluidized bed under non-condensing state were described.It is found that low addition of butene or hydrogen has caused large fluctuation of static electricity,which leads to serious caking in reactor and frequent blockage in discharging pipeline with caking material.It brings serious harm to the safe and stable operation of the plant and the monomer consumption control.These problems are successfully solved by controlling the impurities in feedstock,regenerating refining bed regularly,improving the concentration of isopentane and modifying fluidizing gas velocity.
