摘　　要：荷兰国家级机构知识库(Digital Academic Repositories,DARE)的建立是推动荷兰开放科学进程的关键举措,在欧盟和荷兰政府的政策引导、立法保障和资金扶持下,各科研机构通过联盟积极响应国家开放科学计划,将单个机构科研信息系统整合到全国机构知识库,并建立学术门户网站实现一站式检索,利用与各系统相对应的访问与存储协议以及爬虫软件保障资源的完整性,最终通过数据存档与网络服务知识库实现科研成果永久存储,对我国区域性机构知识库联盟建设具有启示意义。The establishment of the Dutch national institutional Repositories (Digital Academic Repositories, DARE) is a key measure to promote the open science process in the Netherlands. The construction of DARE is inseparable from the policy guidance, legislative guarantee and financial support of the EU and the Dutch government. The academic institutions also actively responded to the national open science plan through the alliance, integrated the research information system of a single IR into the national IR. It also established an academic portal to achieve one-stop search, which using the access and storage protocols corresponding to each IR and the reptile software to ensure the integrity of resources. Finally, the data is permanently stored in DANS. This practice has implications for China’s regional IR alliance.
