针灸治疗不同程度肥胖合并高脂血症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针灸治疗不同程度肥胖合并高脂血症患者的临床疗效。方法选择95例肥胖症合并高脂血症患者,按照肥胖合并高脂血症患者的肥胖度、体脂百分率、体质量指数,将患者分为轻度肥胖组(29例)、中度肥胖组(35例)、重度肥胖组(31例),对肥胖合并高脂血症患者实施针灸治疗,持续6个月,比较3组患者的临床疗效,并比较3组患者治疗前后肥胖度、体脂百分率、体质量指数、腰围、臀围、血脂指标、压力评分、不良情绪评分、生活质量评分。采用皮尔逊相关系数分析法,分析肥胖程度与肥胖合并高脂血症患者临床疗效间的相关性。结果轻度肥胖组总有效率高于中度肥胖组、重度肥胖组(P<0.05),而中度肥胖组总有效率高于重度肥胖组(P<0.05)。3组治疗后肥胖度、体脂百分率、体质量指数、腰围、臀围均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),3组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),3组治疗后压力评分、不良情绪评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),3组治疗后各项生活质量评分均较治疗前增高(P<0.05)。经相关性分析后得出,肥胖程度与肥胖合并高脂血症患者临床疗效之间存在线性相关,呈负相关。结论针灸治疗肥胖合并高脂血症患者的临床疗效良好,尤其是对轻度肥胖症患者,且针灸还可起到良好的降脂作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion for different levels of obesity coupled with hyperlipidemia. Method Ninety-five patients with obesity and hyperlipidemia were enrolled and divided into a mild obesity group (29 cases), a moderate obesity group (35 cases) and a severe obesity group (31 cases) by their obesity level, body fat percentage (BFP) and body mass index (BMI) to receive 6-month acupuncture-moxibustion treatment. The clinical efficacies of the three groups were compared, as well as the obesity degree, BFP, BMI, waist circumference (WC), hip circumference (HC), blood lipids, pressure score, negative emotion score and quality of life score before and after treatment. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between the obesity degree and the clinical efficacy in treatment of obesity coupled with hyperlipidemia. Result The total effective rate in the mild obesity group was higher than that in the moderate and severe obesity groups (P<0.05), and the total effective rate in the moderate obesity group was higher than that in the severe obesity group (P<0.05). After treatment, the obesity degree, BFP, BMI, WC and HC all dropped in the three groups (P<0.05), the levels of total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) declined (P<0.05), and the pressure and negative emotion scores also decreased (P<0.05). The quality of life score increased after treatment in the three groups (P<0.05). The correlation analysis revealed a negative linear correlation between the obesity degree and the clinical efficacy in treatment of obesity coupled with hyperlipidemia. Conclusion Acupuncture-moxibustion can produce satisfactory efficacy for obesity coupled with hyperlipidemia, especially for mild obese patients. Meanwhile, acupuncture-moxibustion can effectively down-regulate the blood lipid levels.
