子午流注纳子法穴位贴敷防治化疗所致胃肠道反应疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察子午流注纳子法双香散穴位贴敷防治顺铂化疗所致胃肠道反应的效果。方法选取108例接受含顺铂方案化疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组给予双香散穴位贴敷,不择时;观察组给予基于子午流注纳子法的双香散穴位贴敷。比较两组化疗后第1~7天的恶心、呕吐发生情况。结果化疗后第1~7天观察组患者恶心分级显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。化疗后第1天,两组呕吐发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化疗后第2~7天观察组患者呕吐分级显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子午流注纳子法双香散穴位贴敷可有效防治顺铂化疗所致胃肠道反应。Objective To observe the efficacy of acupoint application with Shuangxiang powder following Zi Wu Liu Zhu Na Zi method (midnight-noon ebb-flow method) in preventing and treating gastrointestinal reactions due to Cisplatin-based chemotherapy. Method A total of 108 patients receiving Cisplatin-based chemotherapy were recruited and randomized into an observation group and a control group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was given acupoint application with Shuangxiang powder but not at any specific time;the observation group was intervened by acupoint application with Shuangxiang powder following Zi Wu Liu Zhu Na Zi method. The occurrences of nausea and vomiting during days 1-7 after chemotherapy were compared between the two groups. Result The nausea grade during days 1-7 after chemotherapy was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P< 0.05). At day 1 after chemotherapy, there was no significant difference in the occurrence rate of vomiting between the two groups (P>0.05);during days 2-7 after chemotherapy, the vomiting grade in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application with Shuangxiang powder following Zi Wu Liu Zhu Na Zi method can effectively prevent and treat gastrointestinal reactions due to Cisplatin-based chemotherapy.
