围手术期电针联合抗生素防治切口感染的效果及对炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察围手术期电针联合抗生素防治切口感染的效果及对患者炎症因子的影响。方法选取接受外科创伤性手术治疗的患者84例,随机分为两组,对照组应用抗生素进行抗感染干预,观察组应用电针联合抗生素进行抗感染干预。结果观察组抗感染效果与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组炎性因子C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的用药量和药物不良反应较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);观察组患者围术期费用消耗较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论在对切口感染的防治过程中,采用围术期电针联合抗生素进行抗感染干预取得满意效果。Objective To observe the efficacy of electroacupuncture plus antibiotics in treating perioperative surgical site infection and its effect on inflammatory cytokines. Method Eighty-four patients undergoing invasive surgery were randomized into two groups. The control group was intervened by antibiotics to prevent infection, and the observation group was intervened by electroacupuncture plus antibiotics. Result There was no significant difference comparing the anti-infection efficacy between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05);the inflammatory cytokine levels including C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin (IL)-8, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05);the drug consumption and drug-induced adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the perioperative cost in the observation group was markedly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the hospitalization duration was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For preventing and treating surgical site infection, perioperative electroacupuncture plus antibiotics can achieve satisfactory result.
