针刺《神应经》三穴治疗慢性荨麻疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察《神应经》三穴治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及对炎症细胞因子的影响。方法将120例慢性荨麻疹患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组予针刺《神应经》三穴治疗;对照组口服氯雷他定10mg,每日1次。治疗6周后观察症状总积分及血清IL-4、IgE、IFN-γ的变化,统计临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组症状总积分明显低于对照组;血清IL-4和IgE水平低于对照组,IFN-γ高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.3%、78.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺《神应经》三穴能明显改善慢性荨麻疹患者瘙痒、风团症状;对血清IL-4、IgE和IFN-γ水平有明显的调节作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of using three acupoints recorded in Shen Ying Jing (Miraculous Effective Classic of Acupuncture) in treating chronic urticarial and its effect on inflammatory cytokines. Method A total of 120 patients with chronic urticarial were divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at three acupoints recorded in Shen Ying Jing;the control group was given oral administration of Loratadine, 10 mg, once daily. The symptom scores and the changes in serum interleukin (IL)-4, immunoglobulin E (IgE) and interferon (IFN)-γ? were observed after 6-week treatment, and the clinical efficacy was also estimated. Result After treatment, the symptom score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the levels of serum IL-4 and Ig-E were lower in the treatment group than in the control group and the IFN-γ? level was higher in the treatment group, all with statistical significance (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 78.3% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture at three acupoints recorded in Shen Ying Jing can significantly improve itch and skin lesion in chronic urticarial;it can markedly regulate the levels of serum IL-4, IgE and IFN-γ.
