摘　　要：目的观察腹针埋线配合运动法治疗肩关节周围炎(简称肩周炎)的疗效。方法将60例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。治疗组应用腹针埋线配合运动法,对照组应用传统针刺法,分别于治疗前后进行肩关节疼痛评定、肩关节功能及临床疗效的评价。结果两组治疗均有临床疗效,但腹针埋线配合运动法对肩关节疼痛缓解及肩关节功能活动的改善优于传统针刺治疗(P<0.05)。结论腹针埋线配合运动法对肩周炎的镇痛和改善肩部活动能力明显优于传统针刺。Objective To investigate the efficacy of abdominal acupuncture-catgut embedding plus locomotion in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Method Sixty patients with capulohumeral periarthritis were randomized to a treatment group (30 cases) and a control group (30 cases). The treatment group received abdominal acupuncture-catgut embedding plus locomotion and the control group, conventional acupuncture. Shoulder joint pain severity and shoulder joint function were assessed before and after treatment and the clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment. Result There was a clinical therapeutic effect in both groups, but abdominal acupuncture-catgut embedding plus locomotion was better than conventional acupuncture in relieving shoulder joint pain and improving shoulder joint function. Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture-catgut embedding plus locomotion is significantly better than conventional acupuncture in relieving the pain and improving shoulder activity in capulohumeral periarthritis.
