摘 要:钢铁工业是我国重要的基础工业,长江经济带作为我国钢铁工业发展的重要区域,开展长江经济带钢铁工业与生态环境、区域经济的耦合性研究,对于践行高质量发展理念和进行钢铁行业供给侧结构性改革有着重要的现实意义.论文以长江经济带为研究对象,通过构建钢铁工业—生态环境—区域经济(SER系统)耦合协调评价模型,选取2000年~2016年面板数据,进行耦合协调研究.研究表明:长江经济带SER系统耦合协调发展情况处于整体协调状态,耦合协调程度各省市分布不均.东部的耦合协调发展度明显高于中部和西部,江苏耦合协调发展度最高,贵州耦合协调度最低,浙江、湖北、湖南、安徽保持平稳,上海、重庆波动较大.Steel industry is an important basic industry in China.As an important area for the development of steel industry in China, the study of the coupling between steel industry, ecological environment and regional economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is of great practical significance for the implementation of high-quality development and structural reform of supply side of steel industry.In this paper, the Yangtze River Economic Belt is taken as the research object, and the coupling and coordination model of steel industry-ecological environment-regional economy (SER system) is constructed.The panel data from 2000 to 2016 are selected to conduct the coupling and coordination research.The results show that the coordinated development of SER system in the Yangtze River Economic Zone is in a state of overall coordination, and the degree of coupling and coordination is unevenly distributed among provinces and municipalities.The coordinated development degree of coupling in eastern China is obviously higher than that in central and Western China.The coordinated development degree of coupling in Jiangsu is the highest, while that in Guizhou is the lowest.Zhejiang, Hubei, Hunan and Anhui remain stable, while Shanghai and Chongqing fluctuate greatly.
