基于多用角架搁板注塑模具的设计

摘  要:基于MoldFlow软件的注塑模具设计技术能够提升塑料制品的加工质量与数量,还能定性定量分析涉及到的主要性能.利用MoldFlow软件对多用角架搁板注塑模具进行模流分析,主要包括网格划分、最佳浇口位置、冷却分析以及流动分析,系统介绍了模具仿真设计过程的影响因素.通过模具设计与计算机仿真模拟技术结合展现数字设计技术的优势,在推动注塑模具开发和技术转型方面有重要实践意义.MoldFlow-based injection mold design technology can improve the processing quality and quantity of plastic products, and can also qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the main properties involved. In this paper, MoldFlow software is used to analyze the mold flow of the multi-purpose angle frame shelf injection mold, including mesh division, optimal gate location, cooling analysis and flow analysis, and systematically introduce the influencing factors of the mold simulation design process. Through the combination of mold design and computer simulation technology to show the advantages of digital design technology, it has important practical significance in promoting the development and technology transformation of injection mold.
