摘 要:依据共模电感器工作原理和特点,选择磁导率μ_i=147的Fe-Si-Al磁粉芯制作单相共模电感器。结果表明,使用Fe-Si-Al磁粉芯制作的单相共模电感器,当匝数为30时,共模电感量为198μH,当共模电流为5 A时,共模电感量为151μH,样品表现出优异的抗共模电流偏置特性和阻抗-频率特性,可满足电路中大共模电流及宽频高阻抗的要求。According to analyzing the mechanism and feature of common mode choke, a common mode choke made of Fe-Si-Al powder core which exhibit relatively high permeability (μi), up to 147, and high saturation magnetic induction (Bs) was proposed in this paper. The common mode choke exhibits common mode inductance of 198 μH when the turns per winding is 30 and it still exhibits common mode inductance of 151 μH when the common mode current is 5 A. The sample exhibits good DC bias characteristics of common mode inductance because of the high Bs and also shows excellent impedance performance because of frequency stability of the μi. It is concluded that high permeability Fe-Si-Al powder core is suitable as a core material for common mode chokes in the work condition of high common mode currents and a wide frequency range (10 kHz-30 MHz).
