摘 要:制备了聚硅硫酸铁,并以此作絮凝剂对宁波某垃圾填埋场垃圾渗滤液处理效果进行了研究,实验证明:PFSS+石灰+PAM工艺具有很好的处理效果,渗滤液由原来的深褐色变为透明浅黄色,COD去除率和NH4+-N去除率较高,分别达到了60%和35%以上。同时考察了PFSS、石灰水用量、水力条件及温度等因素对去除效率的影响。通过实验可得最佳混凝实验条件:PFSS(10 wt%)为20 mL/L,石灰水(10 wt%)为30 mL/L,搅拌速度为150 r/min。Polysilicate ferric sulfate was prepared and used as a flocculant to study the effect of landfill leachate in a landfill in Ningbo. The result showed that the process achieved high treatment effect,the leachate from the original dark brown into buff and clear,chemical oxygen demand(COD) and ammonia nitrogen(NH4+-N) with the removal rate of above 60% and 35%, respectively. We researched the effect of polymeric ferric sulfate, amount of lime water. At the same time,hydraulic conditions and temperature were also investigated. The optimum experimental conditions can be obtained by experiment: polyferric sulfate(10 wt%) was 20 mL/L, lime water(10 wt%) was 30 mL/L, and stirring speed was 150 r/min.
