摘  要:以STM32F427单片机为核心,设计开发了基于单片机的低成本汽轮机叶片静态频率测量实验系统,阐述了系统整体设计及单片机硬件设计与软件开发,对实验平台的特点进行了描述。实践表明,新的测量实验系统简化了传统的叶片静态频率测试方法,让学生能够独立完成实验,使学生专注于理解实验原理,验证叶片连接刚性、叶片长度等叶片状态改变时对自振频率的影响。An low cost experimental system for static frequency measurement of turbine blades is designed and developed.The core of the design is STM32F427 single chip microcomputer. The overall design of the system and the hardware design and software development of single chip microcomputer are described,the characteristics of the experimental platform are described.In this experiment,the new measurement system simplifies the traditional static frequency measurement method of blade,enables students to complete the experiment independently,and enables students to focus on understanding the experimental principle and verify the effect of blade connection rigidity,blade length and other blade state changes on the natural frequency.
