复方马缨丹液晶乳膏制备及镇痛抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的:制备复方马缨丹液晶乳膏,并考察其镇痛抗炎的作用。方法:以乳膏外观性状、液晶性、稠度、稳定性为评价指标,在单因素考察的基础上,采用正交试验设计优化乳膏配方工艺。小鼠热板实验考察乳膏的镇痛作用,二甲苯致耳肿胀实验考察乳膏的抗炎作用。结果:复方马缨丹液晶乳膏的最优配方为:药物流浸膏用量为10%;乳化剂用量为6%;16/18醇︰甘油的比例为4︰6;白油︰GTCC︰硅油的比例为10︰5︰2;乳化温度为75℃;乳化时间为5min。复方马缨丹液晶乳膏对提高小鼠痛阈有一定的作用,并能显著性缓解二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀。结论:制得的复方马缨丹液晶乳膏外观细腻、均匀、无气泡,液晶性良好,稠度适宜,稳定性良好,且具有一定的镇痛抗炎作用。Objective: To prepare compound Lantana liquid crystal cream and investigate its analgesic and anti- inflammatory effects.Methods: Base on single factor test,taking drug appearance traits,liquid crystal properties,consistency and stability as indexes,the optimum formula was determined by orthogonal experimental design.The analgesic effect of compound Lantana liquid crystal cream was discussed by hot plate method,and the anti-inflammatory effect of compound Lantana liquid crystal cream was discussed by using the ear swelling caused by xylene.Results: The optimum formula of compound Lantana liquid crystal cream was︰10 % of the total amount of drug flow extract,the dosage of emulsifier was 6 %;16/18 alcohol︰the proportion of glycerin was 4︰6;White oil ︰GTCC︰The proportion of silicone oil was 10︰5︰2;the emulsifying temperature was 75 ℃;and the emulsifying time was 5min.In the hot Plate experiment, compound Lantana liquid crystal cream had a certain effect on improving the pain threshold of mice,and compound Lantana liquid crystal cream could significantly relieve the swelling of mouse ears caused by xylene.Conclusions: The prepared compound Lantana liquid crystal cream has delicate appearance,uniform, no bubbles,good liquid crystal,suitable consistency and good stability.Compound Lantana Liquid crystal cream has a certain analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
