摘　　要：本文通过对RTO的危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP),系统地识别出RTO运行过程中存在的风险及保护措施,提出具有安全性和经济合理性的建议措施,确保RTO的安全控制。给予应用RTO进行废气净化的企业提供一定的技术改进思路和风险管控对策。This paper identify the risks and protective measures systematically in the operation of RTO, through the Hazard and Operability Analysis,proposed measures safe and economical,to ensure the RTO safety control.Provide technical improvement ideas and risk control measures to enterprises who using RTO for waste gas purification.
