摘 要:根据滤膜采样氟离子选择电极法测定工作场所空气中氟化物的实践经验,对氟离子选择电极法进行改进并实验验证,结果表明:对7组样品用超声洗脱和磁力搅拌洗脱的测定结果进行t检验分析,t=0.896,P>0.50。说明两种方法统计结果无显著性差异。标准样品相对标准偏差为1.10%;加标回收率为98.5%~101%,实验证明改进方法测定结果准确,操作简便、快捷。According to the experience of determination of fluoride in workplace air by sampling fluoride ion selective electrode method, this method is improved. The improved method was applied to the experiment. The results revealed that paired t-test of the results of the two methods in the seven groups of samples, t=0.896, P>0.50. There was no significant difference in the determination results of the two methods. The relative standard deviation of the standard sample is 1.10 %;the recovery rate of the standard addition is 98.5 %~101 %. The advantages of the improved methodology are accurate result and operational simplicity.
