摘  要:流动注射法测定总氰化物高效、稳定、进样量少,具有普适性,但连续流动注射法测定海水氰化物尚没有国家标准,目前相关实验数据资料较少。本文初步探讨异烟酸-巴比妥酸连续流动注射法测定近岸海域水中总氰化物,实验结果表明该方法精密度、准确度较高、回收率良好,实验操作简单,分析速度快,适用大批量样品的分析,有效减少人力劳动,提升监测效率。Flow injection method for determining total cyanide is efficient, and stable with a small amount of injection and universality, but there is no national standard for the determination of seawater cyanide by continuous flow injection method, and there is currently few relevant experimental data. This paper discusses the method of continuous flow injection of barbituric acid iso-niacin to determine the total cyanide in the water in the nearshore sea area and the experimental results show that this method has high precision, high accuracy, good recovery rate with simple experimental operation, fast analytical speed, suitable for the analysis of large quantities of samples, effectively reducing labor and improving the monitoring efficiency.
