摘 要:大力探索和推广葡萄园立体复合种养模式,是破解葡萄市场供应量阶段性饱和、结构性饱和并存以及冬季土地和从业者相对闲置等难题,提高葡萄园单位面积产出和效益的关键选择。葡萄园立体复合种养模式比较常见的有葡萄园套种蔬菜、套种果树和套养家禽。从各地的生产实践来看,3种模式各有所长,也分别存在一些需要改进或解决的困难。本文系统综述和分析了葡萄园立体复合种养模式的技术要点、综合效益,并以句容市葡萄主产区示范、推广葡萄园套种蔬菜、套种猕猴挑和套养家禽的成功实践为例,提出了同一区域内推广多种复合种养模式,实现葡萄主产区多元发展、增效增收的发展路径,为全国其他葡萄主产区的转型升级提供借鉴。Exploring and popularizing vineyard three-dimensional compound cultivation mode is the key choice to solve the problems of stage saturation of grape market supply,coexistence of structural saturation and relative idleness of land and practitioners in winter,and to improve the output and benefit of vineyard per unit area.Interplanting vegetables,fruit trees and poultry in vineyards are the most common modes of vineyards.From the production practice of different regions,the three modes have their own advantages,but there are also some difficulties that need to be improved or solved.This paper systematically summarized and analyzed the technical essentials and comprehensive benefits of vineyard three-dimensional compound cultivation mode.Taking the successful practice of demonstration in main producing areas of grape in Jurong city,popularizing interplanting vegetables in vineyards,interplanting kiwi fruit and intercropping poultry as an example,it put forward the promotion of multiple compound cultivation mode in the same area to realize grape owners.The development path of diversified development and increasing efficiency and income in production areas can provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of other major grape producing areas in China.
