摘 要:硅藻是水体中主要的初级生产者,不仅是许多高营养级生物的天然饵料,还可以抑制有害藻类,如铜绿微囊藻等,并通过消耗过量的营养来帮助维持水的生态平衡。本研究以小环藻(Cyclotellasp.)为研究对象,探究了硅酸盐、微米二氧化硅及纳米二氧化硅等不同硅源对硅藻生长的影响。研究结果表明:添加纳米二氧化硅微粉及溶胶可以显著促进小环藻的生长,且其效果优于微米二氧化硅和硅酸盐。当CSI培养基中纳米二氧化硅浓度在100~200mg/L时,对小环藻生长的促进作用最大。本研究为使用硅藻定向培养技术的应用提供了重要参考依据。Diatoms are the main primary producers in waters, which not only feed many high-tropic aquatic organisms, but also inhibit harmful algae and help maintain the aquatic ecological balance by consuming excessive nutrients.In this study, Cyclotella sp.was used to investigate the effects of different silicon sources on the growth of diatoms, including silicate, micro- silica, and nano-silica.The results indicated that the addition of nano-silica could significantly promote the growth of Cyclotella sp, and its performance was better than micro-silica and silicate.The best promoting effects were observed when the concentration of nano-silica in CSI medium was 100~200 mg/L.This study provided important references for the application of diatom oriented cultivation technology to algal bloom control.
