摘  要:以β-萘酚为原料,用三氯氧磷与其反应生成磷酰氯,再将其水解制得β-萘酚磷酸酯(P)。然后将制备的磷酸酯与萘磺酸进行缩合反应,合成新型改性萘系减水剂。采用了红外光谱仪(IR),核磁共振(NMR),并进行了减水和保坍性能的测试。结果表明,减水剂的最佳工艺参数为:β-萘酚磷酸酯(P)与萘(N)的摩尔比为4︰1,缩合酸度为25%,缩合温度为130℃,缩合时间为3h。与市售萘系减水剂相比,新型改性萘系减水剂初始减水和保坍性能都好。In this paper, preparation of phosphate beta-naphthol by hydrolysis of phosphoryl chloride that was synthesized from beta-naphthol and phosphorus oxychloride.New modified naphthalene water-reducing agent produced from condensation reaction of phosphate and naphthalene sulfonic acids.The structure was characterized by infra-red spectrum (IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and the water reduction and slump retention were tested.The results show that optimal parameters of water-reducing performance when molar ratio of n(P)︰n(N) was 4︰1, reaction acidity, reaction temperature and reaction time were 25 %, 130 ℃, 3 h.New modified naphthalene water-reducing performance was better than naphthalene water-reducing agent on sale in initial water reduction and slump retention.
