镀铝膜湿式复合工艺对金银卡纸性能影响研究

摘　　要：通过对比研究镀铝膜湿式复合工艺中施胶量、烘道温度、贴合压力和熟化温度对金银卡纸质量的影响,结果表明,施胶量为10~12g/m2、烘道温度70-80-90℃三级烘道、贴合压力2~2.5kg和熟化温度50℃,金银卡纸综合性能最佳。Glue consumption, baking channel temperature, contact pressure and ripening temperature on the wet composite process of aluminum plating film were studied, the result showed that the composite silver cartridge paper had the optimum performance when the glue consumption was 10~12 g/m2, baking channel temperature was 70-80-90 ℃, contact pressure was 2~2.5 Kg and ripening temperature was 50 ℃.
