摘 要:本文对一种车用汽油开展了Ford2.3L发动机台架试验,分别考察了加入汽油清净剂前后进气阀与燃烧室沉积物生成量的变化,同时采用SEM扫描电镜/EDS能谱对进气阀和燃烧室中形成的沉积物进行表面形态与元素含量采样分析测试。通过电镜分析,探讨了发动机试验中进气阀沉积物的主要生成来源与清净剂带来的影响。A Ford 2.3L engine bench test was carried out on a gasoline for motor vehicle in this paper.The changes of the amount of deposits in the intake valve and the combustion chamber before and after the addition of the gasoline detergent were investigated.The SEM scanning electron microscope/EDS spectrum was also used.Surface morphology and element content sampling analysis tests were performed on the deposits formed in the intake valve and the combustion chamber. Through electron microscopy analysis,the main sources of intake valve deposits in the engine test and the effects of detergents were discussed.
