摘　　要：碱法造纸黑液有机物含量高、碱度高、处理费用高,如直接排放会对生态环境造成严重破坏。本文综述了碱法造纸黑液在石油开采中的应用,黑液中残余的碱木素经改性后可用作钻井泥浆稀释剂,可显著降低泥浆的塑性粘度;利用黑液中碱木素分子上的酚羟基,可与甲醛复配一类高效的封堵剂;黑液还可以直接作为稠油降粘剂,降低稠油粘度,显著提高稠油采出率。将碱法造纸黑液应用于石油开采工业中,不仅可以解决黑液的污染问题,还可以使石油开采低成本化。Alkaline papermaking black liquor has high content of organic matter,high alkalinity and high treatment cost.If direct discharge causes serious damage to the ecological environment.This paper reviews the application of alkaline black liquor in petroleum exploitation.The residual alkali lignin in black liquor can be used as a drilling mud thinner after modification,which can significantly reduce the plastic viscosity of the mud.The phenolic hydroxyl group on the molecule can be combined with formaldehyde to form a high- efficiency plugging agent;the black liquor can also be directly used as a heavy oil viscosity reducing agent to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil and significantly increase the recovery rate of heavy oil.The application of the alkaline black liquor to the petroleum exploitation industry not only solves the problem of black liquor pollution,but also reduces the cost of petroleum exploitation.
