摘 要:采用了生物法治理石化库区内的有机废气(VOCs),在确定灌装生产过程中所产生废气的种类及浓度等条件后,进行了处理工艺设计,确定了合适的风速、喷淋水量、温度、pH值等工艺参数。结果表明:经过生物法处理的有机废气能达到广东省《大气污染物排放限值》DB44/27-2001二级允许排放标准,苯的去除率高达99%,其他有害物质如甲苯、二甲苯及总VOCs去除率均在80%以上,净化后的气体达到排放要求,绿色环保,达到设计的应用效果。The biological method was used to treat the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the petrochemical reservoir area.After determining the types and concentrations of VOCs generated during the filling production process,the treatment process design was carried out,and process parameters such as the appropriate wind speed,spray water volume,temperature and pH were determined.The results show that VOCs after biological treatment can meet the second-level allowable emission standard of Guangdong Province “Air Pollutant Emission Limit” DB44/27-2001.The removal rate of benzene is as high as 99 %,and other harmful substances,for example,the removal rates of toluene, xylene and total VOCs are all above 80 %.The purified gas meets the emission requirements,which is green and environmentally friendly,and achieves the designed application effect.
