摘 要:介绍对国内某石化企业重汽油加氢脱硫装置加热炉优化的技术改造,在维持加热炉主体不变的情况下,通过更换新型铸造翘片板式空气预热器、降低加热炉氧含量在线控制值、优化燃料气控制方案等措施将加热炉排烟温度从220℃降至140℃,热效率从87%提高至91.8%,燃料气单耗与总能耗占比从37%降至32.7%,为同类装置优化加热炉操作提供理论依据,消除生产装置长周期运行的瓶颈问题。Introduce the technical transformation of the optimization of the heating furnace of the heavy gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit of a petrochemical in China.Under the condition of maintaining the main body of the heating furnace,the flue gas temperature of the furnace was reduced from 220 ℃ to 140 ℃ by replacing the new casting slab-type air preheater, reduceing the online control value of the oxygen content of the heating furnace and optimizing.The fuel gas control scheme.the thermal efficiency increased from 87 % to 91.8 %,and the fuel gas unit consumption and total energy consumption ratio decreased from 37 % to 32.7 %. Providing a theoretical basis to optimize the operation of the heating furnace for the same type unit and eliminate bottlenecks in the long-term operation.
