摘  要:目的:测定尿素乳膏中对羟基苯甲酸酯的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法色谱柱:AlltechC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),检测波长:254nm。流动相V甲醇∶V水=60∶40。对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和丙酯的平均加样回收率分别为99.94%(n=5),99.97%(n=5),样品中对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和丙酯的摩尔浓度分别是1.97×10-5mol/L和1.07×10-5mol/L,总计3.04×10-5mol/L。尿素乳膏中对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和丙酯的平均质量分数分别为1.50mg/g和0.969mg/g样品。结论:HPLC法操作简单,快速,灵敏,准确,能够应用于药品中尼泊金酯含量的测定。Objective:Determination of Parabens in Urea cream.Method: HPLC column∶Alltech C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the detecting wavelength was at 254 nm.,an mixed solution of ethanol-water in the ration of 60 to 40 (by volume) was used as the mobile phase,The nipagin and nipasol simultaneously in the Urea cream was determined.the average recovery of methyl and propyl parabens are 99.94 percent (n=5) and 99.97 percent(n=5) respectively;The average concentration in samples are 1.97×10-5 mol/L and 1.07 ×10-5 mol/L,3.04× 10-5 mol/L in total.The average mass fractions of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and propyl ester in urea cream were 1.50 mg/g and 0.969 mg/g respectively;the method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,can be widely applied to quantitative determination of Parabens in the drugs.
