摘 要:通过冰点降低法和核磁共振(NMR)法研究了不同硫化时间下天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶中交联密度的分布情况,并探究了硫化时间对并用胶耐磨性的影响.结果表明,NR/BR并用胶中BR相的交联密度比NR相高,且两相间交联密度差距随着硫化时间的延长而逐渐变小;随着硫化时间的延长,并用填充胶中的耐磨性先提高后保持较好水平,胶料的耐磨性主要受平均交联密度影响.The distribution of crosslink density in NR/BR blends curing for different time was studied by means of the freezing points depression of solvent within swollen networks as well as the NMR technique,and the effect of curing time on wear resistance of NR/BR blends was investigated.The results showed that the crosslink density of NR/BR blends was more likely to distribute in the BR phase,and the crosslink density difference between the two phases gradually decreased with the prolongation of the vulcanization time;As the curing time extended,the wear resistance of the filler first increased and then maintained at a high level.The wear resistance of the rubber was mainly affected by the average crosslink density.
