摘 要:以氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)为基体,将聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)封端改性的聚氨酯(PU)预聚体以及聚乙二醇(PEG-4000)和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)的混合物与基体共价交联复合,制备出新型的遇水膨胀橡胶(WSR)。研究在不同矿化度的介质中,HEMA封端聚醚型PU预聚体(HEMA@PU)用量对WSR的力学性能和膨胀性能的影响,并使用傅里叶变换红外变换光谱仪和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对其进行相应的表征。结果表明,随着HEMA@PU含量的增加,WSR的吸水膨胀倍率显著提高,最高膨胀倍率达到15.4倍,但机械性能先增加后减少;在不同矿化度的环境中,WSR的膨胀倍率逐渐增大,而且其质量损失率明显减小。此种新型的WSR既拥有较高的膨胀性能和力学性能,又具有良好的耐盐性和吸水树脂析出低的特性。Hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) as matrix,polyacrylamide (PAM) as water absorption resin,hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) modified polyurethane (PU) prepolymer is used as grafting intermediate and auxiliary water absorption,and it was blended with the mixture of polyethylene glycol (PEG-4000)and diphenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI) to prepare water-swellable rubber (WSR).The effects of different components of HEMA@PU reaction products on the mechanical properties and swelling properties of WSR in different mineralizations were investigated.Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) were used to characterize it.The results showed that with the increase of HEMA@PU content,the water-absorbing ratio of WSR significantly increases,and the maximum expansion ratio reaches 1640%.The mechanical properties first increase and then decrease,and the mass loss rate significantly decreases in different mineralization water.This new type of WSR can have high expansion ratio,excellent mechanical properties ,good salt tolerance,and low precipitation performance of fillers.
