摘 要:对合成的用于轮胎胎面胶的反式聚环戊烯橡胶(TPR)进行了研究。结果表明,与丁苯橡胶(SBR)及顺丁橡胶(BR)/SBR并用胶相比,TPR混炼胶门尼黏度高,TPR硫化胶回弹性较高,物性降低,耐老化性相当,耐疲劳性、耐磨性及低温性能好,滚动阻力小;TPR/SBR并用混炼胶加工安全性无差别,TPR/SBR并用硫化胶物性相当,回弹性提高,撕裂强度下降,耐老化性能稍好,耐疲劳性能及滚动阻力相当,耐磨性较好,动态性能相当。TPR不适合单独用于胎面胶,与SBR并用可为胎面胶提供独特优异性能,具有良好的应用前景。The application of trans -polycyclopentene rubber (TPR) in tire tread compound was studied.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of TPR blend was higher.The resilience property,fatigue resistance,wear resistance,the low temperature resistance and the rolling resistance of the vulcanized were better compared with SBR and BR/SBR blends,while the physical properties were decreased and aging resistance performance was similar.TPR/SBR blends had no difference in processing safety.The physical properties,fatigue resistance,dynamic performance and rolling resistance of TPR/SBR vulcanizate were similar,while the resilience,aging resistance,wear resistance were improved.But the tear strength decreased.TPR is not suitable for tread compound alone.The blend of TPR and SBR in tread compound can provide excellent properties and has good prospects for the application.
