摘  要:丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂生产过程中使用乙烯基双硬脂酰胺(EBA)、硬脂酸镁、抗氧剂618助剂,利用正交实验方法,将固定比例的ABS粉料、丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物(SAN)与3种助剂挤出共混,研究3种助剂对ABS树脂冲击强度等性能的影响。结果发现,EBA对树脂熔流指数、冲击强度影响大;硬脂酸镁对ABS树脂的白度、黄色指数、拉伸强度贡献率大;抗氧剂618在ABS树脂一次共混和注塑过程中作用不明显。同时3种助剂对ABS树脂性能的影响程度有限,只有冲击强度、白度变化范围较大。3种润滑剂都取最高水平时,ABS树脂综合性能最佳。Generally,EBA,magnesium stearate and 618 additives are used in the process of ABS resin production.Using orthogonal experimental method,the effects of additives on the impact strength of ABS resin were studied by fixing the mixed proportion of ABS powder and SAN resin,then the feed with additives were extruded and mixed.The results showed that EBA has great influence on the resin melt flow index and impact strength.Magnesium stearate contributes to whiteness,yellow index and tensile strength of ABS resin.The impact degree of the three additives on the properties of ABS resin is limited.All three additives are of the highest level,and ABS resin has the best comprehensive performance.
