摘  要:目前,国内饮用水源水库大部分是在20世纪70年代前兴建的,经过五六十年的运行已经堆积了不少来自入库河流的泥沙,形成了饮用水库内源污染源。这些被污染的淤泥既占用了一部分兴利库容,也有可能释放有害物质污染水源。以深圳西丽水库为例,就如何做到环保清淤和底泥污染问题给出解决思路,讨论分析清淤目标、时机、技术选择、余水以及余泥的处置和利用等重要环节,以期形成一整套系统的解决方案,供决策参考。Currently,most drinking water reservoirs in China were built before 1970s.However,after five to six decades operation,many of them have accumulated a lot of sediment from upstream rivers,and the sediment has became the inner source pollution of drinking water reservoirs.These contaminated sludge not only occupy the storage capacity,but also release toxic substances and contaminate the water source.Based on the example of Xili reservoir in Shenzhen,this paper provides some solutions for sediment pollution control and sludge dredging,and discusses and analyzes the dredging target,timing,technical programs,as well as disposal and utilization of residual water and sludgeto form a full set of systemic solution for decision making.
