摘　　要：文章主要探讨了西门子840D系统数控车床程序代码繁多时,结合Visual Basic6.0的应用,以数控程序代码的检索及判断,实现数控车削程序中G40的错误提示,发现数控车削程序中G40的缺失、重复等问题,避免在实际加工时造成严重后果,并以此为启发,畅想了VB6.0结合CAD、WORD、TXT等软件,实现数控程序的自动编制、纠错等功能.Combined with the application of VB 6.0, this paper mainly dicusses the error prompt of G40 in CNC turning program through the retrieval and judgment of CNC programs code when there are many CNC lathe programs in SINUMERIK 840D, and finds the lack and repetition of G40 in CNC turning programs to void serious consequences in practice causing by the missing or overwriting of G40 code. The automatic programming and error correction of CNC programs will be realized, combined VB6.0 and CAD/WORD/TXT.
