摘  要:文章分析了LZCC81型联合循环双压双汽凝汽式汽轮机低压抽汽超温的原因,并通过揭缸检查得到了验证,提出了将调节级梳齿式汽封改为蜂窝汽封、调整通流间隙和消除高压缸中分面漏气等检修方案.方案实施后,有效地消除了低压抽汽超温现象,降低机组热耗,节约能源,为机组的设计完善提供了依据.The causes of low pressure extraction overtemperature of LZCC81 type double pressure double steam condensing steam turbine for combined cycle power plant are analyzed, and it has been verified by opening cylinder inspection. It is proposed as a treatment plan of changing comb-type steam seal of adjustment level to honeycomb seal, adjusting the flow gap and eliminating air leaks in high pressure cylinders. After the implementation of the scheme, the phenomenon of overtemperature of low pressure steam extraction is effectively eliminated. the heat consumption of unitis is reduced, and energy is saved, which provides the basis for design and perfection of the unit.
