版权助推我国水晶产业转型升级对策研究  

Promotion Countermeasures for the Copyright-Oriented Transformation and Upgrading of China’s Crystal Industry——Taking Donghai’s Crystal Industry as an Example

摘　　要：版权在打造产业核心竞争力,支撑产业融入国际贸易,激活产业市场活性等方面具有重要的助推作用。面对路径依赖、低端锁定、环境不优、方法局限等抑制版权助推作用发挥的现实困境,未来我国水晶产业应通过转换产业发展思路和路径,拓展版权助推产业转型升级空间;通过加强自主创新能力建设,增强版权推动产业转型升级动能;通过建立常态化版权保护机制,释放版权护航产业转型升级绩效;通过提升企业运用版权能力,夯实版权支撑产业转型升级基础,从而全面释放版权对水晶产业转型升级的助推力。Copyright plays an important role in constructing the industrial core competitiveness, supporting its integration into international trade, and activating its market vigor. Faced up with genuine difficulties in copyright function promotion, such as path dependence, low-end hindrance, poor environments and method limitations, China’s crystal industry should transform its industrial development principles and routes, expand copyright-oriented industrial transformation and upgrading space. An enforced self-innovation construction enhances copyright-oriented industrial transformation and upgrading vigor. A normalized copyright protection mechanism releases copyright-oriented industrial transformation and upgrading performance. Improved industrial copyright application ability lays a solid foundation for copyright-oriented industrial transformation, and fully releases the copyright-oriented promotion power for the crystal industry.
