摘　　要：目的为中西医防治术后腹腔粘连提供借鉴。方法从改进手术技术防腹腔粘连、防腹腔粘连产品、中医药防腹腔粘连和综合技术干预防腹腔粘连的研究与应用4个方面,总结国内外有关防治术后腹腔粘连的最新方法研究进展,以及临床应用情况。结果与结论术后腹腔粘连的中西医防治方法多样,中西医结合、综合技术干预等方法均能降低术后粘连发生率。Objective To provide reference for the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesion by traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods The latest research progress and clinical application of prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesions at home and abroad were summarized from the research and application of four aspects: improvement of surgical techniques for preventing abdominal adhesions,products for preventing abdominal adhesions,traditional Chinese medicine for preventing abdominal adhesions and comprehensive technical intervention for preventing abdominal adhesions.Results and Conclusion There are various methods for the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesions.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and comprehensive technical intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative abdominal adhesions.
