摘  要:目的探讨辅助使用叶酸对H型高血压并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)模型大鼠炎性因子的影响。方法将60只高血压模型大鼠随机分为A组、B组和C组,各20只,均饮用含2%蛋氨酸水8周以建立H型高血压模型,腹部皮下注射异丙肾上腺素(30 mg/kg)1次,以建立H型高血压并冠心病模型。建模成功后,A组和B组大鼠均灌胃给予阿托伐他汀(每天1次,每次20 mg)、马来酸依那普利(每天1次,每次10 mg);B组大鼠增加灌胃给予叶酸(每天1次,每次0.8 mg);C组大鼠灌胃给予等体积0.9%氯化钠溶液,每天1次,均连续2周。结果与C组比较,A组和B组大鼠血浆同型半胱氨酸、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素6、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶水平及舒张压均显著降低(P<0.05);与A组比较,B组大鼠上述指标改善程度更优(P<0.05)。结论辅助使用叶酸可降低H型高血压并冠心病模型大鼠炎性因子水平。Objective To investigate the effect of folic acid adjuvant therapy on inflammatory factors in rats with H-type hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Totally 60 model rats with hypertension were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,20 rats in each group.All rats were given 2% methionine water for 8 weeks to establish the model of H-type hypertension,and all rats were subcutaneously injected with isoproterenol(30 mg/kg) into abdomen once to establish the model of H-type hypertension complicated with CHD.After successful modeling,the rats in group A and group B were administered intragastrically with atorvastatin(once a day,20 mg/time) and enalapril maleate(once a day,10 mg/time),the rats in group B were administered intragastrically with folic acid(once a day,0.8 mg/time),on this basis,and the rats in group C were given equal amount of 0.9% sodium chloride solution once a day for 2 weeks.Results The levels of plasma homocysteine,serum tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,aspartate aminotransferase,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase and diastolic blood pressure in group A and group B were significantly lower than those in group C(P<0.05),and the improvement of the above indexes in group B was significantly better than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Folic acid adjuvant therapy can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in rats with H-type hypertension complicated with CHD.
