Efficacy and Safety of Safflower Yellow Combined with Edaravone in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction: A Meta-Analysis

摘　　要：目的系统评价红花黄色素联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索PubMed、EmBase、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方、维普数据库,纳入红花黄色素联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限为2007年10月至2017年7月。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入11个研究,共1 145例患者,其中试验组582例,对照组563例;Meta分析结果显示,试验组总有效率显著高于对照组[OR=3.96,95%CI(2.77,5.64),P<0.01],试验组神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组[MD=-4.15,95%CI(-5.32,-2.98),P<0.01],不良反应较少。结论红花黄色素联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死,疗效优于单用红花黄色素或依达拉奉。Objective To systematically review the efficacy and safety of safflower yellow combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of safflower yellow combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in PubMed,EmBase,CBMdisc,CNIK,Wanfang and VIP databases were searched from October 2007 to July 2017.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results Totally 11 RCTs involving 1 145 patients were included,582 cases in the experimental group and 563 cases in the control group.Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group [OR=3.96,95% CI(2.77,5.64),P<0.01],the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group[MD=-4.15,95 % CI(-5.32,-2.98),P<0.01],and the adverse reactions in the experimental group were fewer.Conclusion The effect of safflower yellow combined with edaravone in treating acute cerebral infarction is better than that of safflower yellow or edaravone alone.
