摘　　要：目的提高医护人员自我防护意识,规范工作流程,减少职业危害,保证医院静脉用药输液安全。方法分析静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)调配药物中产生危害的原因,并从药物调配环境、医护人员、医疗设备和医疗垃圾的危害及相应防护等方面提出相应对策。结果与结论 PIVAS静脉输液配置全过程中存在安全隐患,应根据问题进行改进,并严格执行管理制度,使药物发挥最大疗效,降低药物危害,保证安全调配,确保安全用药。Objective To improve the self-protection consciousness of medical staff,standardize workflow,reduce the occupational hazards and ensure the safety of intravenous drug infusion in our hospital.Methods The causes of hazards in dispensing drugs in pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS) were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of drug dispensing environment,medical staff,medical equipment,the hazards of medical waste and corresponding protection.Results and Conclusion There are potential safety hazards in the whole process of the pharmacy intravenous admixture in PIVAS.Improvements should be made according to the problems and management system should be strictly implemented so as to maximize the efficacy of drugs,reduce the hazards of drugs,and ensure safe allocation and safe medication.
