联苯胺对蚕豆胚根的毒性研究

摘　　要：以蚕豆为试料,研究了联苯胺对蚕豆的毒性效应.采用蚕豆根尖微核技术,以不同浓度的联苯胺为诱变剂,测定蚕豆根尖细胞的有丝分裂指数、微核率和胚根丙二醛含量.结果表明,联苯胺会造成蚕豆根尖细胞有丝分裂指数下降;在0~10mg·L^-1试验浓度范围内,微核率随联苯胺浓度的升高而增加,但浓度为20mg·L^-1时,微核率下降;联苯胺还能诱导产生多种类型染色体畸变.此外,联苯胺暴露8h,蚕豆胚根丙二醛含量随浓度的升高显著增加;暴露16h,蚕豆胚根丙二醛含量下降.表明不同浓度联苯胺对蚕豆有不同程度的损伤作用.The toxicity of benzidine on Vicia faba was studied.Micronucleus technology were used to determine mitotic index and micronucleus frequency of Vicia faba root tip cells induced by different concentration of Benzidine,and the content of malondialdehyde in radical of Vicia faba was determined.Results indicated that the benzidine at different concentrations could decrease the cell mitosis index.The rate of micronucleus was found to be increased with the benzidine concentration range of 0~10mg·L^-1.But the micronucleus rate decreased at benzidine concentration of 20mg·L^-1.The benzidine also caused various types of chromosome aberration.Besides,the content of malondialdehyde in radical of Vicia faba increased significantly with the increase of concentration benzidine for 8h,and decreased when exposed to benzidine for 16h.The results showed that different concentrations of benzidine had different degrees of damage to Vicia faba.
