摘　　要：“拳谚”是武术文化在漫长的历史演进中逐渐形成的独特语言,具有形象生动、通俗易懂、对仗工整、寓意深刻的特征,和便于理解、记忆、流传等功能.武术工作者在教学实践中,熟练掌握和运用拳谚,不仅能生动形象地讲述复杂的武术功法,准确地表达武术文化哲理,有效地提高武术课堂教学质量,还能激发学生学习兴趣,增强学生对民族优秀文化的认可和自信."Martial arts proverb" is a unique language expression which has gradually formed in the long historical evolution of Chinese martial arts culture.It contains the cultural characteristics of vivid,easy to understand,neat antithesis,profound meaning as well as the function of making it easy for students to understand and memorize martial arts movements.It is important that martial arts workers can master and use martial arts proverbs skillfully in the teaching practice,they can not only describe the complex martial arts skills vividly,also,express the profound philosophy of martial arts culture accurately,so as to improve the quality of martial arts classroom teaching effectively,it can also stimulate students′ interest in learning and enhance students' recognition and self-confidence of national excellent culture.
