摘  要:发电机长时间运转使自身结构温度提升,会造成绝缘层损坏,为了保证绝缘层的安全需要有针对性的冷却方法。结合使用最为广泛的水内冷却方法,考虑高压电场的特殊性,既保证有较好的绝缘,又不能对铜线形成侵蚀,内冷水水质必须符合规范要求。实践证明,采用常规水处理方法与反渗透、电除盐等多种技术联合应用,严格控制内冷水水质。Long-term operation of electric generators will increase the temperature of structure,which will cause damage to the insulation layer.In order to ensure the safety of the insulation layer,targeted cooling methods are required.Combining with the most widely-used water inner cooling method and considering about the particularity of high voltage electric field,the water quality of inner cooling water shall comply with the specification requirement which ensures the preferable insulation and cannot corrode the copper wire.Practice has proved that the quality of inner cooling water can be strictly controlled by using conventional water treatment methods combined with reverse osmosis,EDI and other technologies.
