摘　　要：中国共产党自诞生以来就肩负着实现中华民族伟大复兴的使命,党员干部是推进党的事业的中坚力量,是关系党的事业成败的关键。因此,党始终重视选拔什么样的干部,怎样选拔干部这一重大问题。为政之要,惟在得人。陈云在长期的革命和建设实践中,形成了系统的关于党员干部选拔标准的思想,为今天党的干部选拔提供了有益的借鉴,是我们宝贵的精神财富。since the birth of the Communist Party of China has been shouldering the mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,party members and cadres are the backbone of the party's cause and the key to the success or failure of the party's cause.Therefore,the Party has always attached great importance to the question of what cadres to select and how to select them.For the sake of government,only the people get it.In the long period of revolution and construction practice,Chen Yun formed a systematic thought about the selection criteria of party members and cadres,which provided useful reference for today's party cadres selection.It is our precious spiritual wealth.
