摘　　要：随着现代人经济水平的提升,汽车的普及率非常高,而对于汽车制造中,最重要的零件——密封条,它的要求变得越来越高,密封条的制造工艺中,是通过挤出成型和后加工模压成型的,在模压成型中需要硫化机,而硫化机需要模具对密封条进行接角,最终形成汽车制造需要的形状,对于模具的设计与加工变得非常重要,加工工艺也变得复杂。with the improvement of the modern economy,the penetration rate of automobiles is very high,and for the most important part of automobile manufacturing,the seal,its requirements have become higher and higher,and the seal manufacturing process has become more and more high.It is through extrusion molding and post-processing molding that a vulcanization machine is required in the molding process,and the vulcanization machine needs a mold to angle the seal, eventually forming the shape required for the manufacture of the car,and it becomes very important for the design and processing of the mold.,Processing processes have also become complex.
