摘 要:官吏赏赐制度是一种重要的政治制度。研究汉代赏赐制度的演进过程、功能实现和制度缺陷映照出特定人事制度的内在逻辑和发展周期,对理解我国文官制度历史具有重要意义。汉代赏赐制度包括官吏在职时的赏赐、官吏死于任上或因公殉职的抚恤赏赐和乞骸骨赏赐等。在西汉时期,该制度主要以非正规化的惯例形式存在,到了东汉有了相关的成文法令,主要包括在职官吏的一次性赏赐,每年腊赐和春赐等定期赏赐,有级别差异的抚恤赏赐,以及三类不同情况下的乞骸骨赏赐。其主要作用是加强君权,强化中央集权,维护统治秩序,但也存在随意性大、对象范围小、缺乏公平性和财政负担过重等缺陷。Official reward system is an important political system. It is of great significance to understand the history of China's civil service system to study the evolution process, fimction realization and system defects of the reward system in the Han Dynasty. The reward system in Han Dynasty includes the reward for officials in office, the pension and reward for officials who died on duty or in the line of duty, and the reward for applying for retirement. In the Western Han Dynasty, the system mainly existed in the form of informal practices. By the Eastern Han Dynasty there were related written laws and decrees, mainly including one-time rewards for serving officials, regular rewards such as annual gifts in winter and spring, pension rewards with different levels, and apply-fbr-retirement rewards under three different situations. Its main function is to strengthen monarchical power;strengthen centralized power and maintain the ruling order However;it also has some defects, such as large randomness, small scope of objects, lack of fairness and excessive financial burden.
