摘　　要：本文通过分析轨道交通装备制造业的特点,探究其数字化转型的必要性,根据企业自身精益管理和两化融合发展现状指出其数字化转型中面临的主要问题并探讨基本的发展思路,提出数据总线技术与数据标准化和规范化是企业数字化转型过程中的重中之重。This paper analyzes the characteristics of the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry,explores the necessity of its digital transformation,points out the main problems faced in the digital transformation and discusses the basic development ideas according to the status of the enterprise’s own lean management and the integration of the two technologies.Data bus technology and data standardization and standardization are the top priorities in the digital transformation process of enterprises.
